You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

To qualify, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In their original packaging with all tags attached

Free from any damage, stains, or alterations

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, accessories, or custom-stitched products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item delivered was faulty or incorrect.
